Frequently asked questions

No. Members and their families~ can use the services regardless of whether they have submitted a claim. 

These services are provided by Teladoc Health, a leading online care provider. 

Yes, all services are confidential. The providers of 360Health services, Teladoc Health, will not share any medical reports without the member’s consent. 

Teladoc Health will only provide aggregated de-identified information about the usage of the fund’s members adoption and utilisation of the services. Teladoc Health will not share details of a member’s report or the nature of the enquiry with the super fund or insurer without the member’s consent.  

No. 360Health services are unlimited. Members can access the services as many times as they or their families~ need.  

Unfortunately, the member and their family~ will lose access to 360Health. However, if they have initiated a case and then leave, their case will be seen through until completion.
