It's a group of existing Australian Ethical customers who have agreed to be contacted for user research purposes in order to contribute to improving the experience of all customers.

How does it work?
Once added as a research group member, you will be added the list of customers who might be contacted by email for relevant research projects.
You can always:
- Say no to an invitation.
- Unsubscribe from the research group at any time.
What might you be asked to do in a research study?
Here are a few examples:
- Talk to a researcher on a video call about your experience.
- Give feedback on a prototype.
- Complete a survey.
How do I sign up?
By responding Yes to the question "Would you be interested in joining our user research group, to share more of your thoughts and feedback to help create better experiences for all of our members?" you are agreeing to being part of the user research group and will be added to the user research group member list. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time by sending an email to uxteam@australianethical.com.au.
How does Australian Ethical protect your privacy?
Your information will be stored securely and used only for research purposes.

What if I have a complaint?
The research group's purpose is to obtain general information about your experience as a customer with us but if you have a complaint about our product or services, please refer to our Lodge a Complaint page instead.
