Changes to investment fees and costs disclosure from 30 September 2022

From 30 September 2022, the way we show our fees and costs will be updated. These changes are in line with ASIC’s regulatory guide 97- Disclosing fees and costs in PDS’s and periodic statements.

These changes will be reflected in updated Product Disclosure Documents (PDS’s) available on our PDS page and our fees and cost page.

Fees and costs will be separated into two broad groups: ‘Ongoing annual fees and costs’ and ‘Member activity related fees and costs’. Ongoing annual fees and costs includes management fees and costs, performance fees (if applicable) and transaction costs. Member activity related fees and costs includes fees charged when an investor’s funds move in or out of our funds, including buy sell spreads.

The fees and costs we are charging you have not changed as a result of these updates, other than amounts updated annually based on 12-month historical actual costs, which includes indirect costs (included in management fees and costs) and transaction costs for some funds.
